Lay out Electricity Line

Today, workers came to dig and lay out electricity line for this new house.

Stair

A beautiful stair is installed in this new house. The wood stair is a kind of upgrade based on the builder standard.

Cabinet

All the cabinets are installed in the kitchen and bathrooms. They will be pained later. The tiles are installed in bathrooms.

Door Installed

Today, workers start to install doors. On the first floor, all doors are 8 feet high while on second floor, they are all 6 feet high.

Driveway Finished

New driveway is finished. Today, worker is working of clean up the dirt around the house. Now, they start the step 7 out of 12: Paint, Cabinet, Doors.

Worker finished the driveway this afternoon.

Driveway is laid out and ready for concrete.

Front of House

Finally, they finished the installation of brick. It took longer than most of houses in this community. Today, workers start to prepare to pave the front drive way and sidewalk.

Today, workers came and tried to finish up the bricking. They put sheetrock in side the house.

Installing Brick

Since there is several day heavy rain, it is slow down a bit with building this house. They resume the brick installation today.

Insulation

This is 6th step out of 12 steps - install insulation.

There are two kind of insulation materials - one with yellow color used for siding, another with dark gray used under roof.

Install Brick

After two days rest, they start to install brick for this house. It will take two days to finish up. The color of brick is a kind of dark red. Workers is working around the house to put brick on so they are all in the same level.

Today, more bricks were brought in.

Stone for House

This morning, stone was brought in for this new house. Worker(in yellow truck) was working on plumbing and installed bathtub.

This morning, the red break is here for this new house. It is upgraded brick.

Fireplace Installed

Today, the fireplace was installed in this house.

Electricity Wires

Today, worker came to lay out electricity wires around the house. In the media room, there is pre-wired speaker wires. Electricity control panel was installed in the garage.
