Pipes Inside House

In last two days, workers came to installed water pipes inside of the house. They also laid out the gas pipes. Air condition pipes were brought in and installed. A truck came and cleaned up the site.

Window

Windows were installed yesterday. They finished roofing yesterday.

Start Roof

This morning, this huge truck brought in the shingle for roofing. Worker started working on installing the roof.

Siding

Yesterday, they were working on putting siding for this house. It is getting dark inside it after this.

Framing Finished

Finally, the framing is finished for this house.

Framing Sixth Day

Yesterday, they came and almost finish the framing of this house.

Framing Fifth Day

Yesterday, worker was working on the framing for second floor. Upper picture was taken from back of this house. Following picture got from front. It looks like they need another day to finish the framing. The builder told me this is the new model in this community.

Framing Fouth Day

Today, worker is working on second floor of this house. Looks like there will be two bedrooms, a game room, one media room and one full bathroom on 2nd floor. In front, you can see the dump for trash.

Framing Third Day

Today, worker came and worked on details on the first floor of this house. Since there was some rain last weekend, it slowed down the framing. It will take another two days to finish up it.

This house is facing north with main entrance, two car garage and a study on north. Master bedroom is on southwest corner with windows open to south and west. Family room is located on southeast corner with a huge door open to backyard and two windows with nice view to the wood. The kitchen is on east side.

Framing Second Day

After two days work, the first floor is almost done. We walked through inside found there is master bedroom in first floor alone with other two rooms, a kitchen, family room, and formal dinning room, two car garage - total about 2,000 square foot living area.

This afternoon, worker started the framing of this house.

Foundation is finished

Today, the foundation of this house is finished. Worker started to bring sand for temp road and timber to build the frame.

Building Foundation by Dumping Concrete

Today, they came to dump concrete for foundation.

Foundation Cable Finished

Today, workers finished the foundation cable which is tight to the board. The builder is checking everything including leveling and make sure it is ready for city inspection. After passing inspection, it is ready for concrete.

Lay Cable for Foundation

Today, worker came to layout the cable for foundation. You can see this the red cable in front of this picture. Electricity meter was also installed this week so the water and electricity is available now for use.

Water

Two days ago, water was introduced to this new house. A water meter was installed in front of the house. You can see the white pipe for waste water and gray pipe for fresh water from this picture.

Pipes

This morning, pipes were installed on this lot. From the layout, we can tell where the kitchen and bathrooms will be. We got a lot of rain this afternoon.

Dig Deeper

Today, another worker came with a bigger machine to dig deeper for foundation. We got a lot rain in this week. It slows down the process of building this house.
